  • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS policy on tickets purchased FOR ANY REASON, including but not limited to severe winter storms, weather, government actions, health matters/restrictions, changes in travel plans, work or personal commitments, urgent unanticipated travel or event postponements/rescheduling at our sole discretion due to any factor beyond our control
  • Missed classes:   We will make every attempt to reschedule you.  you will be charge a 25 rescheduling fee if you choose to reschedule 
  • Late:  anyone later than 15 minutes from the start of the class will be required to reschedule
